Requirements

Monozoro requires an active Odoo instance with the Dow Connect (WhatsApp/Twilio integration) module installed and configured. It is a companion app for existing Dow Connect customers — it is not a standalone messaging app and will not work without a connected Odoo backend and valid account credentials provided by your organization.
